Settings
Settings is where Civic Radar's account, notification, and privacy tools live — including a way to name someone who could step in and manage your Vault if you're ever unable to yourself, called a Steward.
Best on a larger screen: the side-by-side view shows every annotation at once.
Account, notifications, and privacy settings all live on one screen, so you're not hunting through separate menus to find what you need.
You can name a trusted person, called a Steward, who would only ever get access to your Vault — and only if you're no longer able to manage things yourself.
Once someone accepts, their access stays inactive until it's actually needed. Nothing changes day-to-day — it's a plan sitting in the background, not something that affects your account now.
If the person you asked says no, Civic Radar lets you know right away and takes you straight to picking someone else.
If a friend or family member has named you as their Steward, this is where you'd see it. For most people, there's nothing here — it only matters the day they actually need you.
Once you've confirmed, your name shows up here for the person who chose you. There's no ongoing task — just a quiet role that's ready if it's ever needed.
